Got to meet personally the controversial former president of the Philippines, Joseph "Erap" Ejercito Estrada in the Mindanao Area Conference held in General Santos City last September 5, 2009. He was one of the speakers invited. Many Filipinos have hated him for participating in illegal activities and for doing bad things, being a gambler and a notorious playboy. But there are still millions of Filipino people loves him for being so generous and kind.He was accused of plunder and perjury but a lot of those who are in the position are also doing the same. Let us not forget that he has also done something good, helped the poor Filipinos. I believe that Erap has a good heart despite the criminal acts that he was accused of. Just my personal views.
