The 6th Infantry (Kampilan) Division, Philippine Army requested the presence of JCI Cotabato during the Testimonial Review of MGen. Anthony J. Alcantara, AFP and Change of Command Ceremony held at 6th ID Grandstand, Camp Siongco, Awang, Datu Odin Sinsuat, Maguindanao last May 13, 2011. JCI Cotabato members attended the said event together with JCI Senate Past National President Nelson Tan and JCI Senator Bert Bautista, both are visitors of JCI Cotabato.
The event was graced by Lt. Gen. Arturo B. Ortiz, AFP, Commanding General, Philippine Army as their Guest of Honor and Speaker.

MGen. Alcantara made his remarks as the outgoing commander of 6th ID followed by reading and signing of relinquisment of command.
BGen. Rey. C. Ardo AFP, read and signed the assumption of command orders as the incoming commander of 6th ID.
Guest speaker and presiding officer Lt. Gen Arturo b. Ortiz, AFP hand-over the command symbol.
The event was followed by a boodle fight lunch.
